Unfair Communication Suspension

Depending on just how corrupt Microsoft/Xbox is this may or may not be taken down. Recently I was suspended due to "Catten14". This argument started when he team killed me for no reason on Rainbow Six Siege as most toxic players do. I messaged him "Are
you retarded or just pretending?". Then he invited me to a party and harassed me for not having a mic and being bad at the game even though I was killed from the very beginning and didnt get a chance to play thanks to him. Yet Xbox/Microsoft suspended me but
not him? Seems very one sided.

Unclear & Unfair Communication Suspension?

So apparently I got a communication suspension for two messages I sent to someone.

the first message was "Hey..." and then the second was right after it as a voice message saying "What happened to the dinosaurs? They froze!" in an Arnold Shwarzenager voice.

I sent these because I was playing Overwatch with five friends and we all played Mei. I wasn't trying to be mean, I was genuinely trying to be funny, and I'd never even used the message system like this before with the exception of one person who got upset
with my friend in Halo 5 for accidental betrayals in the Grifball game mode. About a month ago.

My question is, why am I deserving of this For making a joke? And why isn't there even an appeal process?

Unfair Communication Suspension; Please Read

Hello,

I've been communication banned, which is effectively not letting me play xbox live. I play in a competitive FIFA 11 v 11 pro clubs league, and because pro clubs has a text box in the lobby i'm unable to access the game mode. It is basically the only game
I play. I am sorry for anyone who has been offended from messages sent by my name; however these messages were sent by my brother. He has done before, changing my Gamerpic without consent: see reference
[Mod Removed].

I have already taken steps in reprimanding him. I’ve secured my account by adding a passcode so he can not longer access it. This pro clubs is a big part of my life and not being able to get in is really awful. If you could repeal this suspension
I would be grateful and assure you it will never happen again. Thanks

As long as you filed a complaint on him (calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums), the enforcement team will also investigate him and take appropriate action. There really isn't a way to know for sure if/when they receive a suspension. It doesn't
matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended. In situations like that, it's best to just report them and block communications with them instead of responding to them.
