Unfair communication ban. Bad rep overnight. Need solving asap!

My communications have been banned unfairly. It started when a player messaged me abusing me, saying to leave a multiplayer match. And admittedly I reacted and may have cursed once or twice. And he reported me. And my communications were banned a first
Time, which Im okay with I lost my cool, fair enough. And I haven't made any contact with that player since.But threw the middle of last night my communications have been disabled again for no reason. my reputation is now saying I should be avoided!. I have
35friends who have never reported me in the past and would all say I'm sweet to play with.. And since the original banning I've been extra careful not to get banned.I believe it's the original disgruntled player/and maybe other friends of his that keeps reporting
me, therefore harassing me. Unless it common accusing problem, I have even paid to have my gamertag changed to stop this in convenience. I need this problem solved ASAP!! Gamertag =

Suspension for a communication ban

Hi so I got banned from Xbox live because I messaged something bad to someone I think it's unfair it's supposed to be a communication ban not a suspension My account is

If you replied to a message with swearing etc. then you will get a suspension.

You can ask for a case review by following the instructions here

Your rep will go down if you have any enforcement action taken against your account.

 

Yeah I got a suspension which I was fine with. Like I said.and that was almost a month ago..My rep went down slightly but I got another suspension of communication last night and now my rep say avoid me. I don't think I even messaged anyone for the last
few days accept for asking for an invite. And everyone I talked to were friends or friendly. There was no reason for the 2nd suspension.

 

Well I can't say wether it was fair or not,i am nothing to do with xbox live enforcement.

All you can do is follow the instructions via the link I've provided,that's the only way to contact the enforcement team.

 

mate I don't think you understand. I'm not asking to judge if the suspension was fair. What I'm saying is there wasn't a reason to be suspended for a 2nd time. There was the first altercation with the player. And I had an enforcement action taking against
me. I was suspended for 24hrs. After 24hrs everything went back to normal. Reputation slightly down but no where near the red. I continued playing for a month, with no problems, no more altercations, and mindfully being being over friendly to save my rep.
and woke up today with another enforcement action taken against me. Completely out of the blue. And my rep says avoid me. And the first enforcement was My first that had been taken against me. Im not asking to judge if the punishment was fair, I'm asking there
was no evidence for any need for punishment

 

I do understand,the enforcement team are the only ones who can tell you why you were suspended again.

They are under no obligation to show you any evidence but they do not suspend someone without reason.

As I've said,you need to follow the link I posted,no one here can do anything to help you more.
