    Unfair bans


    Why can we not discuss bans in Xbox live? Bans seem to be dished out for no reason. Kids are currently reporting each other for a laugh and we are stuck with it. I appreciate some complaints are genuine but they should be open to a discussion on both
    sides. I have read many discussions on this going back years and it seems to be a huge problem that Microsoft are just ignoring. Lets not forget this is something we pay for so surely we have a right to an input?

    i talk to technical support and they told me to publish here and gave me this service request number 1164441800

    well i hope they can help me because my console was banned unfairly and have read the rules of xbox live and i have never violated any of this rules and i have never changed my consolen i buy only original games and had just bought my live account and i
    vetoed no reason any

    Unfair bans

    Bans/suspensions aren't "dished out for no reason".

    Anyone who abuses the reporting system like "just reporting someone for a laugh" risks enforcement action themselves.

    If you have enforcement action on your account then you can file for a case review on the enforcement site
    here

    There used to be a forum to do this but to make it more private they moved everything to the enforcement site.

    I got a duplicate ban for the same offense and they rejected my appeal. Is there anyone from the enforcement team I can talk too

    So im stuck with an unfair duplicate ban?

    Banned because of internet connection problems?

    As unfair as it sounds, it's also pretty unfair to join matches in that fashion knowing there's a continuing problem. Luckily, first time offenders in Halo 4 aren't banned for long. I'd suggest fixing the connection problem and waiting out the ban.

    Sorry to hear about that enforcement action. For information about the ban, you would need to go to Enforcement website.
    If the suspension is longer than 24 hours you can submit a case review.
