    it is absolutely ridiculous that my 13 yr old son is banned for the 2nd time in 6months. He is an avid player who plays extremely well. It sickens me that grown men report him for cheating, because clearly they suck. Then report him for harassment because
    he used the word retard. I pay for 3 separate live accounts and I'm sick and tired of not getting my money's worth. Where is the protection for these kids????? Using a complaint tactic because their feelings are hurt!!!!!! Enforcement team needs to make better
    calls and penalize the real culprits!!!!!

    well i hope they can help me because my console was banned unfairly and have read the rules of xbox live and i have never violated any of this rules and i have never changed my consolen i buy only original games and had just bought my live account and i
    vetoed no reason any

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason and duration of
    the action and open a case review with the PET.

    I would recommend that, in the future, your son not respond to others and, if necessary, report them if they violate the terms of use and code of conduct of the Live service.

    I got a duplicate ban for the same offense and they rejected my appeal. Is there anyone from the enforcement team I can talk too

    Banned because of internet connection problems?

    As unfair as it sounds, it's also pretty unfair to join matches in that fashion knowing there's a continuing problem. Luckily, first time offenders in Halo 4 aren't banned for long. I'd suggest fixing the connection problem and waiting out the ban.

    If the suspension is longer than 24 hours you can submit a case review.
