Unfair bans... this is ridiculous

I am a fairly long-term member of xbox live. I joined 6 years ago. In this time I have never been banned. Now my question is how exactly I was banned twice in the past month. the first ban ever was about someone accusing me of camping, and I responded badly,
so no argument there. I deserved that. The second one, and the main reason for this post is an outright lie. I was minding my own business playing Infinite Warfare, when some camper shows up. At the end of the game he started saying my Sister (The one playing
that round) sucked because she got a 0.5 K/D. So I took the controller and said he was only doing well because his whole team protected him. And thats where it started. He would say some insulting comment for the next 4 games, and id play it off. then on the
4th game, we were on teams. He starts yelling racial slurs in some effort to make me angry, but it didnt work. After that, he left, and I got slapped with a 1 week ban for harassment... What!?!? I want to know how on Earth im supposed to fight this unfairness.
I reported him for his infractions, but him getting banned doesnt change the fact that i did nothing wrong and now I cant play on live because some racist trash of society decided to pick on me. MICROSOFT! GET. A REAL. DISCIPLINARY. TEAM! These bots have
no understanding, and this is what has so many loyal customers like myself considering the next playstation over the next xbox.

every single of the replies on this post are absolutely generic cop-outs. LETS GET ONE THING STRAIGHT

When you buy this game is says M-RATED ONLINE INTERACTIONS NOT RATED. The parents need to do the parenting not Xbox live there parents should not be buying this games for the children end of story. If they do buy these games away IT IS THE PARENTS RESPONSIBILITY
NOT MINE, NOR ANYONE ELSE, OR MICROSOFT'S. There is cursing throughout each and every multiplayer game with an m rating. the fact he was banned for using a curse word online in the privacy of his on home on an M RATED (mature for those who don't know what
mature means might want to look it up) is absolutely ridiculous. i would understand if he had threatened to kill someone then i be like yeah ok maybe he deserved it but cursing no absolutely stupid reason to ban someone. for instance here on the forums i can
see why cursing here is frowned upon because even kids can just stumble upon these forums. However the video games have to be bought by parents KNOWING the M rated title has obscene language in it at that point it is no longer our faults or our responsibilities
to take care of that child.
