    UNFAIR BANNING, THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED!


    OK, THIS NEEDS TO BE SORTED WITH IMMEDIATE AFFECT

    I was playing Grand Theft Auto V and this player kept on killing me. Therefore after they did this multiple times, I sent him a message through Xbox saying " 1V1 me
    (MOD REMOVED- Profanity). Only fist fight." This was me saying I want to have a fight with him - IN A GAME!! I understand that I shouldn't have said the word (MOD REMOVED- Profanity) however, why would yourself - Xbox - allow
    games that have even worse language? Surely that defeats the whole object of not using foul language!?

    I have tried to complete the questionnaire on your enforcement page, but the questions are
    (MOD REMOVED- Inappropriate). One of the questions was " Should you tell anybody your email or phone number on Xbox live?" Which I answered FALSE. This was incorrect. Then on my other attempt, a similar question was asked stating " Should you
    willingly give out your email and phone number on Xbox Live"? For this reason I answered TRUE considering it is a very similar question. Then it turned out to be wrong!! Now, I have to wait until the ban is lifted to use Messages and Party chat once again!

    Hello, this is done in Forza Horizon 4 Update for the unfair process came, but will be made a sanction to make money before the unfair winners?

    Yep, don't respond to people who send you messages, just report and block and move on. If you "fight fire with fire" it usually ends up with you getting banned.

    I know its wrong, but that's the way it is I'm afraid.

    I had a similar situation the other day, playing BF1 I was on a pom pom shooting planes (purely because I'm not great at taking flags, but I can at least help by killing bombers etc) this bloke starts sending me texts saying I'm a noob and have no skill
    and I should get off the pom pom and help "the cause".

    This same bloke then jumps in front of the pom pom so I cant use it.

    I could have responded and mouthed off, but the best thing is block and report.

    Submitting a case review is the only way to possibly have your suspension overturned. You should be able to try the questionnaire again after 24 hours.

    While games themselves may be rated M, everything else on Live has to remain E for everyone so profanity is not allowed on Live. This is part of what you agreed to when you signed up.

    of the code of conduct and someone reported you for your rudely behavior. For information about your account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account at https://enforcement.xbox.com



    Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
    & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

    Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:



    • Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
    • Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
    • Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players

    • Marketplace theft



    If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire. To

    okay i got banned last night for replying to a kid harassing me with multiple messages because i beat him in For honor i replies called him a
    (MOD Removed- Inappropriate) child thats it. The guy sent me like 8 messages and i sent him 2 no cuss words or anything and im banned. I think this is not right how you people ban your paying customers for no reason. IF this continues im leaving
    Xbox and im taking a gang of friends with me. If you dont resolve this you people are only losing more money because i know a bunch of people are leaving Xbox because of your BS enforcement team. i have had xbox live for over 8 years It was never like this
    in the past.

    On thursday came home at 11PM got to sleep, wake up at 8. Started playing at 9:20AM (Friday) and at 10:32AM i got kicked and permanent ban

    It's unfair because nobody did nothing with my account you can see the messages, It's just unfair Man
