Unfair banning due to bullying and im the victim

hi, my account has been unfairly banned for 24 hours due to a team of bullies who I have reported and blocked for over 4 months now getting people to mass report me and they openly say this on game chat. They insult me and my wife calling us dykes etc and
ageist comments. I have played on xbox 8 years i never have a problem until i came across this group of people. I play ark pve and they bully people kiteoffline etc if we don't give into demands whilst the cower on carno island. I have been reporting to
Xbox customer support since it first started and I have had no enjoy and to this very day endure harassment. They send me harsh messages and spam my Xbox inbox. They have threatened my Xbox account saying they would hack I spoke to Xbox support again and
went through all the steps to secure my account. They got people who I have never played against to report me for numerous reasons and yet I get a ban but they don't. The system in place is not fair. It does not help big harassment cases. You report message
comments but not the whole thread so a comment can be taken out of context. I am saddened that Xbox has sided with the bullies. What I also can't believe is that an e-mail address for complex issues as my one is not available so we can explain our case more
and supply all information.

Unfair banning

Yep, don't respond to people who send you messages, just report and block and move on. If you "fight fire with fire" it usually ends up with you getting banned.

I know its wrong, but that's the way it is I'm afraid.

I had a similar situation the other day, playing BF1 I was on a pom pom shooting planes (purely because I'm not great at taking flags, but I can at least help by killing bombers etc) this bloke starts sending me texts saying I'm a noob and have no skill
and I should get off the pom pom and help "the cause".

This same bloke then jumps in front of the pom pom so I cant use it.

I could have responded and mouthed off, but the best thing is block and report.

 

UNFAIR BANNING

It does not matter who starts the conversation if you violate the code of conduct you are subject to an enforcement action.

It is not an automated thing every report is investigated by a person and if there was a violation of the code of conduct then there would be an enforcement action taken against the account.

Even if you do not use profanity depending on what is said it could still be construed as harassment and would be a violation of the code of conduct.

In a situation like this in the future it would be best to report the other player and then block and mute them.

If you feel that you should not have been suspended you can file a case review by signing in at enforcement.xbox.com and filing for a case review there.

The enforcement team does not monitor these forums so the only way to contact them is through their website.

 

If you are harassed online you can report that person and block him/her from further abuse. Retaliating is a breach of the code of conduct and subject to enforcement acts. Use the 24 hrs ban to reflect on your behavior and to read the code of conduct.
