Unfair banned .. Be carefully xbox live users

I have over $1000 dollars ivested in digital games on my account. Turns out some little kid you beat in an online match can rage by reporting you eventually after some suspensions you will be banned for life.

When you call to find out what happen they send you to this web site. No respect for your money . they dont even need to know your side.

Go to playstation avoid what this company has become .

I was banned unjustly what can I do to be unbanned help

hi recently I booted up my Xbox 360 and when I tried to connect into Xbox live a message popped up saying my console was banned I am very upset because I read in the web seeing the policy the warnings and what are the reasons to my console being banned an
didn't broke a single rule I need all help of users and from Xbox or Microsoft because this is unfair pls help what can I do to be unbanned

The people need to know that you can lose everything based on other people reports lol with no prove . dont piss off a popular streamer cus you will be gone .

 

The enforcement team investigates each complaint they receive before they issue a suspension and will only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct. So it's not one sided. Support doesn't handle suspensions
which is why they can't assist. You can try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com Permanent suspension are not given lightly and would have only been given if you have previously received multiple suspensions already or you did something
severe.

Playstation has similar rules.

 

They going to invastigate if you dominated your opponent ir if you cheated lol.

Rep has nothing to with suspensions. You can be completely green and still get a permanent ban.

In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block communications with them instead of responding. If you respond in a way that violates the code of contact, you can be punished.

 

Try signing in at enforcement.xbox.com and reviewing the case details, from there you can perhaps file an appeal, state your case and be reasonable. The enforcement team will look over all the details that you provide as well as everything else.

This just in... You can buy this thing called a game disc. Digital downloads aren't your only option! Then... when you get banned, you can still have your games.

xbox is a joke they gave me communications suspension while i was under suspension.. HOW DID I SEND INAPPROPRIATE MESSAGE THIS TIME XD

While you are still clearly angry, it is hard to assume you would not have done something that may have exacerbated the situation. As others have said support is unrelated to the PET. You will need to go to the enforcement site.
