Unfair ban

I got banned a couple of days ago for hacking which I was not hacking so I submitted a case review which done nothing. Then after submitting the case review I remembered i was in a xp lobby which I got taken into by the online servers. I backed out and still
got banned. How can I get banned for playing online servers makes no sense especially when I quit. I want my ban to be lifted because this is clearly unfair. I never leveled up feom it either so I don't know why I got banned

well i hope they can help me because my console was banned unfairly and have read the rules of xbox live and i have never violated any of this rules and i have never changed my consolen i buy only original games and had just bought my live account and i
vetoed no reason any

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason and duration of
the action and open a case review with the PET.

I would recommend that, in the future, your son not respond to others and, if necessary, report them if they violate the terms of use and code of conduct of the Live service.

 

I can't place a case review because I already used it when I didn't know why I was banned

As you have been told,playing in modded lobbies will lead to enforcement action.

 

'playing in modded lobbies' seriously I clearly said that I joined it through the cal of duty servers and backed out instantly

 

You never said you backed out instantly & in your other thread you stated that you stayed in long enough to take a screenshot which isn't backing out instantly.

As you have been told,if you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then there is nothing you can do.

These things are thoroughly investigated before any enforcement action is issued,if you filed for a case review then it has been investigated twice.

 

I took a screenshot then backed out it takes about 2 seconds to take it I never got any levels and the reason the case got upheld is because I didn't know why I was banned so I couldn't say why I was hacking

 

and the reason I took the screenshot is brcause I didn't know what was happening

Doesn't matter if you gained any levels or not,you were in a modded lobby which is a violation of the Tou/CoC.

No one here can do anything.A case review is your only option,you've done that & the decision was upheld so that's it.

 

how can that be it when I never meant to get into modded lobby not my fault and I couldn't explain that in my case review because at the time I never knew
