    Unfair ban issue


    Recently I've been banned from communicating with anyone for two weeks. The ban itself makes no sense as someone trash talked me, and I returned the favour as gamers do. However, what truely enrages me is the fact that I can't even join party chat with friends.
    It's not a logical punishment, so why is why does Microsoft do it to this to paying customers? With the Christmas season bound, it's extremely inconvenient and irrational.

    well i hope they can help me because my console was banned unfairly and have read the rules of xbox live and i have never violated any of this rules and i have never changed my consolen i buy only original games and had just bought my live account and i
