Unfair ban for supposedly telling people to self harm

I got a communication ban and i have the conversation in question yet when i asked microsoft enforcement team to provide me with evidence they are unable to and just sent a plain paragraph that doesn't provide or explain what i did wrong it just says i was
encouring self harm when i do nothing of the sort. So im just curious if xbox does this often and just shove things to the side cause its faster for them or has anyone ever gotten a fair case review?

Also keep in mind bans can happen weeks after the fact so it may be from something awhile ago. Also Enforcement can see deleted messages and all sorts of stuff behind the scenes.

I've seen a few case reviews overturned, but suspensions are not issued lightly and are investigated thoroughly first. So it's pretty rare. If you your suspension was upheld the they have investigated your case twice and have found you have done something
to violate the code of conduct.

In other places the words are different from country to country, maybe someone has seen it in a different way and reporting, but it can also be a report because there are players who do not win and send requests to ban the profile temporarily. But this
does not mean that you have to be verbally cruel, the next time careful to write to us but especially to those who write it.

There is not much you can do if they don't want help.

You can also report them and explain why in the comment box. If Xbox is alerted by messages of people who may harm themselves or others, they can get involved.
