    Unfair Ban for "Market Theft"


    Hello there, I feel there has been a huge misunderstanding, I was playing NBA 2k18 at around 4 am this morning, I entered in my 200 Australian Dollars worth of Giftcards I had bought from Woolworths with my Christmas money so I was able to purchase VC (virtual
    currency) on NBA 2k18. I bought just over 500k VC (equals to 200 hundred Australian Dollars roughly) After I had made this transaction I upgraded my Myplayer just like usual and played some more NBA 2k18. Around 15-20 minutes later I was banned for "Market
    Theft" I feel there has been a huge misunderstanding but I purchased all that VC with legit authentic money via Xbox Gift Cards. I feel I have been wrongfully banned and I do hope I can have my account back as I am on the way to qualifying for the Nba 2k18
    E League and I need to play 50 pro-am games to qualify. I would be gratefully appreciated if you could review my ban as I feel this was wrongfully done.

    I have just spoken on the phone to support and they discussed what may have been the issue. I was wrongly charged for in-game currency around a month ago and the bank got it back to me. I am unsure whether this caused the ban or not but if it did I feel
    that is harsh as I was wrongly banned and charged.

    I would love to get an answer and someone be able to help me to hopefully lift this ban as I have the NBA 2k18 E league to qualify for as I take my gaming very seriously.

    Left feeling a little dissapointed and ripped off

    Green eyed leo. Doing that is theft of market place content and could lead to a console ban for both consoles.

    Suspended for nothing!

    My account AxE SwOrD 0 was suspended for account theft a few months back. I did not do anything and filled out a case review. They upheld their desicion which is unfair because I did nothing to earn this suspension! Please help me get the ban lifted.

    If a month ago you disputed the charge with your bank instead of calling xbox support about the charges that is very well what could have caused the marketplace theft.

    I have already submitted one and was knockbacked straight away... the xbox support reccommend i make a forum as the 2nd step to try explain myself. Anyway you can help

    Sorry but no one here has access to enforcement information or can do anything with them and no one from the enforcement team follows these forums.
