    While playing the For Honor beta, I was looked up by people I had previously beat and was messaged and harassed. I stood up for myself and god forbid said the word "****" In the message. After reporting all of their messages and their profiles, I went on
    about my day. The next day I find that my communications have been banned by xbox live. Turns out that it is a temporary week ban for all communications. I called over and over only to be sent to an email for a case review for the enforcement team. I was given
    only 500 characters to explain my situation and let me tell you, 500 was not enough. Today I received a follow up that the xbox team has deiced to keep my ban. I understand that I should have just blocked them right away and not responded by I would like to
    know at how am I the one at fault here? I have paid monthly for xbox live for the better part of 8 years or however long it has been around, with just one gamer tag the entire time. Throughout my history I have always had a good reputation and have never been
    punished before. I want to know how all my customer loyalty and my context gets thrown out of the window, when some 13 year old kid who is messaging and harassing me reports me for standing up for myself, and I am the one being punished? Keep in mind folks
    that I don't even think that the For Honor beta has a game chat, these people looked up my gamertag and text messaged me purely because I beat them in the game. I am very angry and upset that when I call customer support they don't seem to care at all. They
    continually say that it is out of their control and they are just sorry. Look guys I know that it is just a week and a temp ban but this is just ****. I have given microsoft thousands of my own hard earned money. After all this time of being good, I stand
    up for myself once and get blocked? The thing that really really makes me angry is no one gives a **** that this makes me want to delete my entire account, trash my xbox, and join PlayStation, and no one gives a ****! I even had a customer service agent named
    Becca say that she could walk me through the process of deactivating my account if I wanted. Needless to say I am stunned at the backwards customer service of the xbox team. This has really ruined the reputation of xbox in my eyes and feel my loyalty means
    next to nothing to them. I understand I am just one guy ranting against a huge corp. but I have had it with just being treated as a number. The people at the xbox team do not give a single **** about me or you and they are all just using our money to dry off
    their fake tears. I am deactivating my account not just because of the unfair ban but because of the total lack of respect and help given to us the customers by the xbox support team.

    well i hope they can help me because my console was banned unfairly and have read the rules of xbox live and i have never violated any of this rules and i have never changed my consolen i buy only original games and had just bought my live account and i

    Doesn't matter who started it,if you retaliate in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk being suspended.It's the same for every xbox live user out there,no matter how long you've been on live or how much you've spent.

    Customer support are nothing to with xbox live enforcement so there would be nothing they could do other than direct you to the enforcement site to file for a case review.

    As you've done that & the decision was upheld then you will just have to wait out the suspension.

    It's always best to just report & block anyone sending abusive messages etc,don't reply.If you have to reply then just do so in a way that does not break the rules.

    No one is getting banned for "no reason".

    Your rep has nothing to do with whether you can be suspended or not.

    Just because it's your first suspension doesn't mean it will be a 24 hour one,the length also depends on the severity of the offence

    case review means "ill explain my reasoning then uphold an unfair ban with no further course of action." The enforcement team is dodgy at best.

    does not matter what age you are, if the ban is for real and is perm and they uphold the decision then everything is forfeit, no refunds, reimbursements or anything.

    Why is this taking so long!?

    Submitting the case review is the only way to possibly have a ban overturned. If the enforcement team upholds their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.
