Unfair and bullying behavior really makes games stink

I play games to have fun. Not so I can be bullied and harassed by other gamers. I paid my dues 5 days early every week that I played Elder Scrolls Online, and I get treated like this? Kicked out of the guild because I get harassed and threatened? Then
the other person claims I threatened them and I get reported? How is that fair? I really wish there was a better way to report people and be confident that people like this could not harass me, or others again.

Representative want bonus tax on violent video games

reports that Oklahoma state representative William Fourkiller has proposed a new law placing a one percent tax on any game rated teen, mature, or adults only by the ESRB.
The extra tax money would go toward programs to prevent bullying and childhood obesity. Fourkiller explained:

"Violent video games contribute to some of our societal problems like obesity and bullying, but because they raise a lot of revenue, they can also provide part of the solution."

The KOCO report notes that "a typical $50 game would cost 50 cents more," but as most readers probably know that would actually be a 60 cent increase for the average PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 new release. Do you think this kind of law makes sense or is it
unfair to target video games specifically in attempts to help with the serious problems of obesity and bullying in our schools?

You are only allowed to block ignore and report that's it

Anything else is accountable to the terms of use regardless of who started it

Didn't you learn this in school common man use common sense

Just because they started it doesn't mean you can break the rules

Xbox doesn't have anything to do with the game itself. You're just using the Xbox to play the game. The game is managed and controlled by Bethesda and Zenimax.

Since the chat that you posted is an "in game" chat. There should be some sort of in game reporting.

Any instance of bullying should be handled by reporting and blocking. Never a good idea to engage in the same bad behavior as these salty folks do, we need to all work to make sure XBox stays a friendly and fun place for all!
