    Unfair account suspension


    hi have received an unfair communication ban on my account regarding content in my picture. I clearly remember when choosing a custom gamer picture that it wouldn't change until a Xbox representative confirmed that it was ok for the viewing of the general
    public. Yet I am punished BC I was under the impression that I was in no wrong. My gamer picture wasnt even violating the terms and service

    I am so fu*ked off, right so I was on holiday from the 1st-8th of July 2017 I get back home on the 8th only to find out that my account has been suspended for 3 MONTHS due to harassment being abusive and threatening people, how can I do that when I haven't
    been online for a week. Unfair account suspension :mad:

    Hi!

    I need help please

    Today when I tried to play with my friends and and began a group with them a message appear on my screen saying than I was blocked by the enforcement team and saying that I broke the code on the marketplace...

    I swear i never did anything close to all the things enlisted there.

    What should I do?

    How do I contact with the enforcement team?

    - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.

    - Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review.

    To add to the above, support are not allowed to assist with bans, they are restricted from assisting, only the woke enforcement team and the AI operate it and they have no other way of contact other than the one review.

    Unfair account suspension

    The only team that handles suspensions is the enforcement team.

    The only way to contact them is through the case review process on their website enforcement.xbox.com

    When you go there and sign in with the account that has the suspension on it and click on the orange hammer it will show you your suspension history.

    If the suspension is eligible for a case review then there would be a link there to file for a review.

    If there is not a link to file for a review then the suspension is not eligible.

    It does not matter who starts the action if you do anything that violates the code of conduct which can be found here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct and a report is made about it then your account is subject to an enforcement action.

    The best thing to do in a situation like you were in is to report the person to the enforcement team and then block and mute them.

    When you block them you will more then likely not be paired up with them in future matches.
