Unfair Account Suspension

I have two main accounts on my Xbox One, and both are banned. My main account has been banned for over two weeks and the other has been banned for over 7,000 years...

For my main account, CrazyCanadian70, the enforcement website says that I was banned for staff impersonation. I don't remember doing anything to fool people into thinking that I was Xbox Staff or threatening to ban anyone at all. My profile picture was the
ambassador pic, but I was given instructions by a friend on how to get it. My friend has a relative who works at Microsoft. I changed my profile picture shorty after being banned. I don't think that I deserved this enforcement at all, and it's my first time
getting banned from the Xbox services.

My other account has been given the next level of punishment: A ban lasting over 7,000 years! How nice. Jokes aside, I only got onto that account once after the email was made by that friend who gave my the profile pic for my other account. I signed into
it, played a little bit of Forza, then signed back into my regular account. My console says it was PERMANENTLY banned due to innapropriate conduct or content. Is this because of its gamertag? (It's XBLET Bradley) That's just ridiculous.



I would like some help with this or at least some info on what actually caused the ban on my two accounts.

I am so fu*ked off, right so I was on holiday from the 1st-8th of July 2017 I get back home on the 8th only to find out that my account has been suspended for 3 MONTHS due to harassment being abusive and threatening people, how can I do that when I haven't
been online for a week.

Today when I tried to play with my friends and and began a group with them a message appear on my screen saying than I was blocked by the enforcement team and saying that I broke the code on the marketplace...

I swear i never did anything close to all the things enlisted there.

What should I do?

How do I contact with the enforcement team?
