Unexplained billing on Dec. 15, 2021 for Thomas F Hendrickson

I was charged for the game pass ultimate this month on a recurring billing payment. I would like to cancel the subscription, but it does not show up in my order/payment history or my services/subscriptions. This is strange because I have access to all the benefits of this subscription. Anyone else had this issue?

No it does not show in order account but it does show on my credit card statement.

If it doesn't show in your order history, you will need to contact your credit card company to dispute the charge and report your card as compromised. Microsoft can only assist if the charges were made on your own account.
