Unexplained ban

Discus and support Unexplained ban in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I was banned for communication which I am not posting about.     Unexplained ban


    So I was banned for communication which I am not posting about. It's that ive been further banned from multiplayer for 'abuse' which I couldn't commit as I was not able to send messages or speak to anyone. Help appreciated

    Unexplained Extension of Ban.

    I was subject to a 1-day ban for my xbox live account at 8:14:20 pm UTC time. It way past that time and I still cannot access some xbox live features, most importantly, parties. Please explain.

    Unexplained Extension of Ban.

    Xbox One Account & Console Enforcement Actions forums are not in use since 2015.

    Wait 24 hrs after your suspension and if you still cannot access xbox live features remove your account from the console, perform a hard reset and download the account again.

    Unexplained ban

    Account suspensions would never go unexplained. There should have at least been an email sent to you, notifying of an enforcement action.

    You can check details about your suspension via http://enforcement.xbox.com. Log in and click the big orange hammer.
