Unexpected power off

My xbox one has pierced off for no apparent reason a few times today. To trouble shoot this iv changed its outlet several times and it seems to have no affect on the powering off. I'm have no electronical issues with my home right now so I doubt that's the
problem. I even turned off smart glass thinking someone was pranking me. But the Xbox still turns off after several minutes.

Xbox One random/unexpected power off?

I was chatting with support yesterday, they asked me whether I had tried changing plug sockets, moving to a different room and asked if I had followed the "no power guide" (even though that's not the issue). Unfortunately non of that helped so they recommended
I send it away for repairs, however, do you turn your plug off at the wall over night? I do, I don't know if because of the Xbox's "always on" feature perhaps turning the plug off confuses the system? I don't really know, but as I have spoken to a support
member there seems to be no real solution to this particular problem, sorry.

 

Xbox One random/unexpected power off?

I have had my console since Day One, I have the Day One 2013 edition of it also. The Xbox has worked perfectly for two weeks. Now, though, it will power off unexpectedly. The console will shut down as if I had asked it to but I hadn't, the screen will
go black, the logo will flash and the console will switch off just randomly on it's own. The Xbox will boot up like normal, there is no problem with the way it handles until it just simply shuts down again. I have tried a number of things to get it to stop
this problem. I have tried holding the power button for 10 seconds then unplugging the machine for about a minute then plugging it back in and still the issue persists. I am using an extension lead to plug my xbox into, this is being shared with an Xbox 360,
TV, Speaker system and blu ray player, I thought perhaps it wasn't receiving enough power so I unplugged the things I didn't need and still the Xbox One will power off on it's own. There are no strange noises, error messages, nothing. It will simply power
off randomly, I will get a maximum of 15 minutes use until failure. This will happen at anytime, whether i am playing a game, watching a DVD or navigating the UI (dashboard). After the console shuts down whilst in a game the brick will show amber and turning
the console on with the controller will not work. The system is not overheating as it is well ventilated and the console can shut down randomly after a whole night of rest. Any help would be very useful and I would be grateful for it. If you have any suggestions
I would be happy to try them out or let me know whether you believe I should send it away, thank you!

 

I'm having the same issue. Mine shuts off after a few minutes of gameplay. I've also tried different outlets and different rooms. My xbox is plugged straight into the outlet (no surge protector) and it's on its own side table to rule out overheating. Has
anyone found a fix action for this?
