my son has made 3 purchases at a total of around £20 that I did not authorise. Can I cancel please. I’ve now changes setting so he can’t do again in future

Also I downloaded wwe for my son and it never downloaded. I spoke to support twice who couldn’t help. Please can I also be refunded. You

unexpected shutdown

My 3 month old xbox one shuts off after 15 to 30 minutes. Looking online, I'm not alone with some so frustrated that are walking away burned. I spoke with Best Buy, who sold me the unit from near Microsoft and they suggested I contact xbox support to get
a new unit. I tried to start a "chat" support session and that failed on their side too, wassup? Michael who is helpless in Seattle
