unexpected error redeeming code

Discus and support unexpected error redeeming code in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i have an xbox live code but it wont redeem it just says an unexpected error has occurred its been like 2 weeks and it still says the same thing it...     i have an xbox live code but it wont redeem it just says an unexpected error has occurred its been like 2 weeks and it still says the same thing it tells me to try again later but it wont work.

    happen many times before I received my codes and try to redeem it.

    Unexpected error happened while I was redeeming my code of Noctis & carbuncle Avatars.

    cant redeem gears of war collection codes

    I have the same issues (like others in the official Gears 4 forum):

    -Redeeming through console results in an error: unexpected error, try later

    -Redeeming through Xbox.com: unexpected error, try later

    Gears 1 + 3 fail, Gears Judgement worked.

    There seems to be some mistakes:

    What should I do now? Except waiting / retrying?
