    for the past hour I am trying to change my privacy settings just to be able to play with my friend and the xbox app every time I click "submit" an error message pops up saying "an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later" I have been doing this for a while now and please try again later is not cutting it. Time isn't magically going to fix it after I've waited several hours and tried to get solutions for the past hour. I have also seen another thread where someone responded with an absolutely useless response and closed the thread with NO explanation OR solution so hopefully SOMEONE knows a solution.

    Yes I am above the age required, I have been using it on the online version and the app and neither have seemed to work

    Hi! In this case it might help to simply try using a different internet browser (like Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, etc.).
