    Unexpected Error Occurred


    When I change my privacy setting in xbox.com on my Mac computer and submit it. a pop up comes and says 'A unexpected error occurred, please try again later. What should I do, is there anything I can do ?

    The above message is what I get. Please tell what to do.

    Hi! In this case it might help to simply try using a different internet browser (like Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, etc.).

    Yes I am above the age required, I have been using it on the online version and the app and neither have seemed to work
