Unexpected error E200 00000074

Xbox One S will no longer boot up. Held the button down to restart as well as pulling the plug. I see and hear the initial Xbox green page and swoosh and immediately goes to the Unexpected error page.

please see the steps for E200 on this trouble shooting page, it has all the steps to try regarding this error code: Xbox One System Updates | Offline System Updates

If all fails you will either need to set up a repair or contact Xbox Support like mentioned on that troubleshooting page. When contacting Xbox Support use either the Phone option or the Microsoft Support Chat option on Contact Us | Xbox Support

I'm getting the same thing but E200 00000074 00000000 and there is no information anywhere about it! Tried restarting numerous times.
