    Unexpected billing


    I've been unknowingly billed for Minecraft Realms for the past 7 months without actually having Realms available on my game. I've had Realms before, but I didn't play it for months because I missed a month of payment and because I had nobody to play it with so I figured (like an idiot,) that the subscription would go away. I looked at my bank statement this month for the first time in forever and noticed I still had Realms subscription. So I go into my Minecraft game so I can play it and find out I don't actually have it on my game. Why am I getting billed for it if I can't play it? I have to subscribe again in order to play it but I should already have it? What is going on here? Is there any way to fix this?

    I understand how frustrating it must be to be charged for something you didn't buy. The charges could be associated with your account, a family member, or someone who has gained unauthorized access to your information.



    To investigate what happened, you can visit the Microsoft website, log in, go to Payment options, and select the affected card to review the charges. If you identify charges on an account you recognize, you can log in to that account and request a refund. If you do not recognize the account, immediately contact your bank to report unauthorized charges on your card and request an investigation, as well as guidance on initiating a chargeback. Please note that without gaining access to the account, Microsoft can't initiate a refund, and you will have to reach out to the bank.

    Or like me Genchy everytime I set asked $200 or $300 for a new tv and unexpected bill show up. But Walmart has a 32 inch hdtv for about $150.

    Money for games is already put aside, barring some unexpected repairs or bills, And where I live, any concert worth going to is sold out months before, and the tickets are usually being scalped online for horrendous prices.

    I would reach out to your bank to see if there was something on their end. I would also reach out to the Microsoft Billing support.
