Unethical decision that needs to be reopen for review XBL ENFORCEMENT !

Awhile ago my very first account was hacked for quite some time. I did everything to get it back, even trying to convince the person who stole my account to give it back. In addition, soon I got my account back it was banned. The person who hacked my account
changed my avatar to a weird turquoise skin color and changed the name. Later, I finally received my account info back with a 1 month trial and free 800 points code, but the only thing was the account was banned. Even though they determined my account wasn’t
compromised at that time and still didn’t unban my account. I really miss the old games I used to play and now I want to play them again. It’s not fair and this was very unethical. There was very hard proof that my account was hacked and if it wasn’t I wouldn’t
have a got code to change my name back or a 1 month trial . Please Xbox review this case and look at all the small details. I hope you really understand This wasn’t my fault.

my main account got banned for know reason

If you've submitted a case review, you'll need to wait for the enforcement team's response. They do not use the forums. All information about your ban would be listed on the enforcement site. If the enforcement team upholds their decision, there is nothing
else you can do.

For information about why it was changed and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com You would only be allowed to change it for free if the enforcement team overturns their decision.

Contact support in your region via chat or phone and ask for an unauthorized access CASE, keep in mind while they investigate your account and they will locked it till they secure the account which can take 5-7 business days

If the ban took place over 12 months ago, it would no longer be possible to have the case re-investigated.

If it took place within the last 12 months, you could try submitting a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com However, even with an unauthorized access investigation a ban is not guaranteed to be overturned based on actions that took place while the account was compromised.

The problem is that I already did, and I received a case review. But I wasn’t able to fulfill the requirements to have my Xbox account unbanned, and they said in an email that if I contacted support they would reopen the case review. The only problem is that support can’t reopen the case review, only the enforcement team can, and support can’t contact the enforcement team apparently

If you have filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld there is nothing else you can do.

The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with this issue.

there has to be something we can do as paying customers. this is completely unethical. how can a business get away with this? a paying customer is denied access to the service they are paying for and not even able to speak to the people who are making the
decision to suspend?
