UnEnrolling removed games

As the title states, after i unenrolled and gotbthhe preview wiped today, it removed the games i bought while in the preview from my account. Very disappointing because i believe it will wipe my saves. And im worried xbox support does not care enough to
fix their wrong and give me my games

I was i guess in the process of unenrolling from the program.

Unenrolling just means you wont get bug fixes or future preview builds

The next offical update isnt for awhile except your normal preview updates hemces why the preview program

 

Same problem I am having. I am told I just have to wait for the official update to be release to the general public in its finished form which isn't until August. So a game I paid for myself with my own money I can't play until August... This is why I stay
on PlayStation -.-

 

If this is true, i am probably going to give up on xbox, and make sure my family/friends know about it, and how their support did not/has not helped me with anything.

And to think i was actualy going to pre order the S. Glad i didnt

 

Yep I think I'm giving up as well. That's not right or fair to be prohibited from playing a game that you paid for with your hard earned money, regardless of whatever OS you're using.

 

I'm pretty supset, seeing as how its 80$ worth of games i bought in the sale, im sure if i jipped them out of 80$ they would get it pretty fast

 

Hey there it seems common for users to lose games running any update lately no worries they'll be back and you'll get them. If not then you are obligated 1 refund token and they'll refund the games / dlc / etc contact support via online chat / phone and
they'll ensure that.

Side note lets also remove your profile and re-add it okay.

 

Hi, did anyone bother to read the notes about this issue which are on the preview forum?

• Certain content (games, apps, DLC) purchased in the new Store may only be available on consoles enrolled in the latest Preview update. This means…

• Games purchased on a console running the latest Preview update can only be played on that console or other consoles running the latest Preview update.

• Games purchased via Xbox.com can be played on any console.

• Games purchased on a console running the previous update can be played on any console.

You will get access to you games etc which were purchased on the new Xbox store once the update goes public, or enrol back into the preview and the games will be fine.

 

Stop copying and pasting the *** notes, you're not even proving yourself to be right. No where does it say you will lose access to your games... Also I bought my game from a 3rd party website, not Xbox.com, I don't understand why it's telling me I don't
own it -.- fix your *** this is annoying.

 

Perhaps you should contact that third party website.

 

Hello @Ayo iTz Penguin may I remind you that these support forums are monitored as you have purchased the games through a 3rd party you must contact the sellers and as EggsBoxJuan has already stated some games purchased on the latest preview update will
be unaccessible but the games should unlock again for you once the the latest system update rolls out to the public
