Undeserved suspension

if your connection is poor then it is up to you to make sure you get that resolved, there is no way for servers or devs to know your getting disconnected or pulling a cable.

as you are aware of the issue but repeatedly try to play online getting disconnected and possibly ruining games a suspension looks to be accurate.

If your network isn't keeping you in the game, it's not really fair on your teammates though, is it? So your suspension is not so much that you've done aomething wrong as it's protecting the other players from getting matched with someone who can't actually
play with them.

You must sign in there with the account that has the suspension and there you will find an orange hammer on the first page that you would click on and it will show you your enforcement history and if the suspension is eligible there
would be a link there to click on to file for a case review.

A case review will allow you to appeal your suspension which an enforcement agent will look at your case again and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

Hi there,

I would get in touch with the Coalition's Support Team/Gears Support forums, in regards to this, as their system is relied on, to monitor and backup claims of cheating
via quitting a match, glitching, etc, alongside reports via other players on Xbox Live.

Regrettably, we can't advise much more in the forums, unless you have the option to submit a case review, which other Ambassadors have already touched on.

If you are having issues with your internet connection, make sure that there is nobody else using it when you play Gears 5, and maybe consider a power cycle of your devices and home network, as part of general maintenance. Simply disconnect your Xbox, TV
and the router/modem from the mains for 3 minutes, and plug back in. This will ensure better performance across all of your devices.

Exactly! if you cannot rely on your connection then avoid team based multiplayer games to avoid leaving anyone at a disadvantage. hear me out... im losing a game but dont wanna be punished? pull out my ethernet cable and now it looks like a disconnect..
that is why it is treated as an match making abandonment.
