    Undeserved Ban


    My friend received a communication ban and a multiplayer ban. He deserved the communication ban but did not deserve the multiplayer ban. There is evidence of the communication ban but no evidence of the multiplayer ban. He gets reported rarely on Overwatch
    for simply being good which is unfair, and this is the only thing that he could get a multiplayer ban for that i could think of. It would be much appreciated if the enforcement team could read this post and send a message to the email explaining why. Email

    Also the ban seems much like a device ban which if it is then i must say there has been a big mistake as there has been no code of conduct violated regarding the Device Ban.

    Yea hi, im new to this whole thing but ive been a causal player for quite some time, i just found out ove been hit with a ban for cheating...? How do i find out the details on how to fix this, i dont belivie ive done anything wrong in any reguard. ive cheack
    my email contacted the support lines and even tried the questionair 3 times but being dyslexic dosent help -.- so yea i havent cheated in an online envorment so i jave no idea where this came from, all help and advice is welcomed

    Only an enforcement team member can respond to any suspensions they issue and they don't use the forums.

    I must also add that the ban was issued on the 30th September and is active until the 14th October so if you could get back to me in a reasonable time that would be great.

    You can't get reported for "being a good player" That being said all reports are investigated before a suspension is given. Bans and suspensions dont just happen for "no reason"

    That being said only the enforcement team handles suspensions and bans. If your friend thinks his suspension was in error then he will need to file for a case review (if eligible). That is the only way the enforcement team can be reached.

    No one on the forums or phone support can help with this.

    The console privilege suspension can not be appealed.

    Posting a console serial number is not allowed on the forums & anyway,not the brightest idea posting a console serial number on a public forum.

    unfortunately there is no such thing as just joking around on xbox live. Any communications you have falls under the code of conduct and is subject to those rules. Remember that xbox live services is considered a rate E for Everyone service and communications
    are graded on that level of rating. You can find a copy of the code of conduct at the link that Daft Badger has given you. You will need to review it if your going to file a case review because you will be quizzed on it before you can file the case review.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    For info on any enforcement action you have & to file for a case review if eligible you need to go to the enforcement site
    here

    The questionnaire is easy & there to make sure you a familiar with the code of conduct.Every answer can be found in the code of conduct or on the enforcement site.

    A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.They do not have a phone number because it would be spammed & abused.
