My point wasn't whether someone has a valid complaint; it was about why keep a toy that doesn't have any value to you; not specifically "you" (You mentioned others in your household used it.), but those that seem to find no value in the X Box One. Once again,
the X Box One is "toy" that is meant to provide entertainment; if it isn't fulfilling that role...get rid of it. ;-)

    Peace, J.R.

Edit: Philosophy and/or religion? That could get interesting...but I see the mods shutting down those threads real quick. Lol.

  2. It's not that simple, the xbone and most technology these days are not finished products when released and sold to the public. Accepting an unfinished product is saying that despite my needs not being fulfilled, I will purchase and support a sub-par product,
even though I deserve and paid for more. Purchasing an unfinished product and sticking around to demand a better, finished product ensures everyone wins in the end, not just the users like you and I, but the developers that rely on people like you and I to
buy their software. If developers don't profit from quality games because people have ditched their xbox then microsoft doesn't profit and you don't have anything to defend.

  3. Had it not been for the xbox 360 being the best video game console in gaming history and microsoft raising the bar so high, the xbox one could seem pretty great. They have very large shoes to fill (their own) and filling them would be possible had we not
    moved backwards this generation.

This generation is not over yet and there is still time to make the xbone what it could and should be, I for one wan't to see that it happens. If we don't keep the pressure on, I don't believe it will ever happen, you know the next xbox is being developed already.

If you read my previous posts i already wrote that i'm using my Xbox one,XBL and Microsoft Edge.....to write my posts.

And I'm not worried at all.

My Xbox one works fine and happy with this generation of games.....

And didn't said people are crying babies but i said that some adult (at least, they think they are) act like crying babies.....Instead of acting like adult and responsible consumer.

    I defend nothing.

For me the best is that most of "crying babies" and future ones .don't buy (or resell) their Xbox one.I still don't understand why so much people bought one.

@CHiLLiONS, my needs for the X Box One have been met since day one; I can assure you that settling isn't a option with me. It plays games...expectations met. Lol.

I can also use Netflix, Vudu, Crackle, Skype, play C.D.s and Blu-ray disc, and other apps/services. Expectations exceeded.

Voice control since the beginning, that has always worked great for me. Bonus.

N.X.O.E. that improved navigation with the controller. Bonus.

All for about 19 cents a hour. I came to that conclusion by taking the $500.00 purchase price and dividing that by the 2600 hours spent using it in 2015. I set up my original X1 Dec. 27th 2013, so I'm sure adding in those hours of entertainment would make
    the value even better.

So as you can see, while you believe "...I deserve and paid for more.", I believe that the X Box One provides a crazy amount of value. Are you right? Am I right? Who cares?

    Peace, J.R.

  6. "I still don't understand why so much people bought one."

LOL...what i really wanted to say was...good point! But honestly...lets consider the options...

    Playstation: yucky sony console

WiiU: good but no comparison, like comparing a watch to a grandfather clock

PC: only for those who demand the best, less of a value

    Steam machine: uhhh...hah hah

Cell phone: quite possibly the future of gaming...not quite there yet...or any time soon...

There are less AAA titles being developed this generation and current gen games don't really demand a huge upgrade, losing functionality in the console is especially less acceptable when the games are a slight upgrade over previous gen, but that is just
my opinion i guess. If value is what you want I'd say the 360 is still the beast to reckon with, xbone shouldn't have to compete with its predecessor, it should out perform and generally outdo it in every way.

Not sure about AAA titles....Also this gen there are more indies titles.

We are a bit over 2 years after Xbox one launch.....You should ckeck what was the state of Xbox 360 game library,2 years after launch and how Microsoft supported it.As far as i can remember it was worst.

And for me i take more pleasure now that 10 years ago.

When i see all the games that i played (enjoy) so far.....(Forza 5,6 and Horizon 2,Killer instinct,Ori & the blind forest,Witcher 3,Halo Guardians Sunset Overdrive,.....just to name a few).

But yeah,it's about taste and smart consumer choice (and i got both Underwhelmed and dissatisfied with xbox one ;) ).

Pure AWESOME! I'm sure you'll make millions.

Well it has been fun, but it's 11:00p.m. and playing Black Ops III doesn't seem to be a possibility tonight, so going to watch Die Hard: With A Vengeance. Good times.

  11. Well it would be nice if I could actually play my xbox...why stop at making a terrible console when you can make a useless console? Can we get an ETA on when we can use our XBRICKS again? Is that too much to ask or is team xbox that incompetent that they
just have no idea when xbox live will be up again? It's a sad day to be a gamer.

It's easy to not have complaints about something you rarely use, think about it...wouldn't a qualified complaint come from someone who has vested time in a product? Your girlfriend isn't qualified to complain if she decided to.
My point wasn't whether someone has a valid complaint; it was about why keep a toy that doesn't have any value to you; not specifically "you" (You mentioned others in your household used it.), but those that seem to find no value in the X Box One. Once again,

    But your point is pointless.

Writing about it in this forums is pointless.

And if your time is so valuable why stay here, replying to "kids".

There are a lot of adult playing with (toys) trains,so what. It's still a toy.

A lot adult did watch or read Harry Potter, but it's a book (or movie) for kids.

But this is maybe why they act like crying babies these days and think there are adults just because of their birth dates.

BTW I can feel the *** already by my words, lemme you ask this, why is it We XONE users go out and pay full price for QBreak and still have to pay to play it online but if I get it on PC not only do I get a better experience but its cheaper and we
dont have to pay to play it.
Believe it or not there are some of us that don't enjoy the P.C. experience. If offered games for free and $60.00 a year to play on a P.C., I would turn it down. Maybe it's because I view P.C.s as tools and not fun? Maybe it is because I find the community
on P.C. more annoying than even the 9 year old's on Live/PSN? Hard to believe, right? Lol.

    Peace, J.R.
