Understanding Suspension

I am not sure why I was suspended. It was designated for 24 hours. As a gamer and a customer I would like to know why I am being stripped of access. Reading a text and screen is impersonal, up to perception and comprehension, so if I did something wrong
I would like to speak with someone to give me a more thorough understanding of what is the perception of those who are fit to judge my behavior. I currently am in good standing reputation wise.

There is no one on these forums who can help you. The only place to contact Enforcement is
enforcement.xbox.com/Home. Of course by the time you submit a case review your suspension will be over. You should have received an email stating why (unless that is the text and screen you are
speaking about). Every complaint is reviewed by Enforcement - no complaint is taken strictly on the word of someone reporting you just for kicks.

You can't ask for a case review for a 24 hour suspension for that reason,by the time the review is done the suspension would be over.

I totally understand where you're coming from, JoelSatterfield and as much as I would love to get this sorted out, that will be the only way.

Clearly everything I need isn’t on there or I wouldn’t be suspended right now but I guess I’m just out of luck. Automated system flagging words no matter the context is just annoying. Being blocked out of content I paid hundreds of dollars for is just very annoying. It’s not your fault but yeah I am kind of frustrated

Stop falling for trollls

They bait you into.violating the terms of use

And it doesn't matter who starts the fight if you break the rules you break the rulles

Unmoderated contact is never a good idea they would be dealing with robot callers who would flood the line and you would never get thru

Or even death threats

Common use common sense

Moderated contactguarentees you one contact that's it

Even on forums their was a threat made to the pet

And you wonder why they don't have a phone number
