Under enforcement

Today I'm under an enforcement ban on my X1 for responding to 1 out of a group constantly bullying me. Normally, I would let this slide but I have mental health issues and these disgusting people constantly stalk and kill me in games, and have begun telling
me to [mod removed]. I've reported them so many times its ridiculous and still its happening. I tell them to p.o once (I fully accept getting punished) and I'm penalized. How is this happening? Why are they not being punished for THEIR constant harrassment
and bullying?! I'm quiet and chilled out as a player, respectful (minus aforementioned incident), have good reputation, and am a loyal Xbox gamer so, WHY is this being allowed to continue?!

Hiya !!

Sorry to hear that you're having issues. First off there is no way that you're going to know if they have received any punishment by enforcement. They dont divulge that information. The best advice that any of us Ambassadors can give you is to block and
report them. Dont respond back to them with any messages that could come back and bite you in the you know what as you have already found out. Some people just never change their gameplay habits unfortunately and the best thing that you can do is stay away
from toxic people like that.

How do you know they have not been punished? As a rule you will not be told the result of any report you've filed so have no way of knowing whether these people have received enforcement action or not.

On rare occasions you might get a generic thank message if someone is suspended due to a report you've filed.

You can easily block these people via your console & even set comms to friends only if need be.

Sorry for your issue... All you and your friends could do is to block mute and report them. The Enforcement Team don´t uses the forum and they won´t tell you the outcome of a report you made.

Sadly my friends are still encountering them ingame and receiving messages too.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.
