Under a year old Xbox one s won’t play games

Ive done everything clearing cache factoy reset w games and w/o games, etc. i just want to use my xbox its been doing this for like 2 weeks.

Also this is my last day off so if anyone can figure this out greatly appreciated. Just want to play before i start my week

Have you tried follow the guide on
Troubleshooting game issues on Xbox One like trying to powercycle? Also have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game(s)?

So for the past week or two i cannot load games. When starting a game 90% of the time (unless i just cleared cache) i get a game took to long to start error. If the game manages to start i freeze and crash within 5-10 mins.

I literally said ive cleared my cache (power cycle) reset with games and without. Honestly fed up ive done everything xbox says to do ive scoured every forum for a alternative fix. I pretty much have a glorified roku that freezes even on netflix (but at
least it works)
