under 18 yr olds reporting people for nothing

so under 18 year olds can buy and play 18 rated games then when they are getting killed they go report you to the xbox enforcement team and them the team limits your account omg what brunch of noobs. under 18 yr olds shouldn't be playing a 18 rated game
and you shouldn't allow them to either. you have limited my account over a a 14 yr old reporting over 18 year olds for playing the game how it meant to be played.i want my account back i am not waiting 2 weeks till ban is lifted i can stopped renew payment
and your not getting another penny from me till you stop these little kids playing games they shouldn't be playing its out of order. your rules and laws suck now give me my xbox features back because i know i have not done anything wrong and your team will
see that if they do there job right and look at my account. how about banning these little kids that shouldn't even be playing 18 rated game instead and do your jobs right

Dealing with sexual chat on Xbox

after some advice as to how reporting and getting someone banned works. Have 20 odd screen shots of a young player spamming sexual comments to a 13 yr old girl and 10 yr old boy. reported via my account and daughter's account. Also chatted to Xbox live chat
twice so try see what is happening but it seems nothing so far. So what does happen and generally when?

I'm assuming when my 11 yr olds father set up the free trial, he did it under a child's account. How do I get this taken off and get his information off my
[Mod Removed] xbox? My 11 year old does have a gold membership. My 18 year old just plays on his.

 

yourules and laws suck big time and it just goes to show you dont even look into cases or reviews you just ban people for no good reason i', leaving crappy xbox and jumping over to ps4 have a nice day with all your under age kids you like to protect instead

age rating is only there for purchasing

And psn has the same rules

Yep,the age rating on a game applies to the single player content only & only means someone under that age can not buy the game.It does not mean they can not play the game & age ratings on games do not apply to the online side of it,something every game
with online tells you.

This is the same across all platforms,including PlayStation.

Everything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone.

If you have been suspended it's because you violated the ToU/CoC.
