    UNDEFINED SUSPENSION


    Hello!

    I chatted with someone today about this problem. He sent me to this page and told me to talk to the Live Enforcement Team! I need someone from there to please help me know why I was suspended from Xbox Live until 11/3/14. I've been suspended before and I
    will normally receive an email explaining why we were suspended, but this time I received no email and neither of my sons have done anything to get suspended. I just need an explanation as to why we were suspended for almost 3 weeks. Please get back to me
    as soon as possible. Thank You!
