Unclear about comm ban length.

"You can even go on the enforcement website and see when you were reported by other players and my graph is perfect except for August/September when I was playing a lot of online Madden lol People get really upset when they lose in Madden to the Tampa Bay
Buccaneers. It shows I was reported for "Cheating" 2 times, Unsporting 3 times, and messaging 1 time. How do you even cheat In Madden??? Sigh I hate people.

suspension. yeah that's what normal people would do is report and block instead replying to the trolls or others.

Haha "normal people" huh? Well you can sit here and point fingers all you want because what I am saying is that I understand the temp. communication ban even though it is a little silly in my opinion but meh whatever. What I am trying to get across to you
is that Xbox should know if I have a permanent ban on my party/in-game chat, if it is a glitch, or if my case is still being reviewed. Instead, when I call they tell me it was lifted on Oct. 24th and it is a glitch that I can't use party chat. Then I chat
with another Xbox support staff member and they tell me that my case must still be under review. They do not know what is going on with their own products. And to ban someone like me who never cheats, has had an account since the original Xbox days, has never
had any kind of communication issues in the past, and buys their new systems and games is pretty silly considering how much higher PS4 sales are. So you can sit here and say "well you shouldn't have done this and you shouldn't have done that" but that's not
helpful bc its already happened. What we need now is an answer or a solution. I thought that is what the ambassadors are supposed to do? Bc right now I just see you playing the blame game with someone just looking for a solution. I am also a good person. Just
bc I had a communication ban doesn't mean I go around cursing people out all day on Xbox.

If you look around at some other forums and on the Xbox feedback site you will see hundreds upon thousands of people are having this same issue now and nobody knows why.

I'm not playing the blame game, you have got suspension which is good enough. there is already a thread post with tons of replies of people having the same issue.

Enforcement team are aware of the situation, and sorting it.

I have already posted links in the above comments to other parts of the website with great information.

the enforcment team doesnt know how to fix this glitch, thats y there is no update and its taking them so long to fix. how ever straight from xbox support hotline, the quick fix as i was told was not to be so cheap and go buy a 1 month gold and use that
account to talk on.

thats right, they dont even want to compensate the people with this problem because we can still play online.

I have signed into multiple devices with no problem. I even recently bought the new Xbox and signed into there. I see what you are saying about the description and that is why so many people are confused but that seems to be the general description they
give everyone who has some kind of ban and they leave the details out as to what kind of ban you have. They leave people not knowing if they have a permanent ban or a temporary.

That doesn't really help lol Ya I read that before but mine has been going on for not 1, not 7, not 14 days. It has been a month and I was told it was lifted on the 24th of last month like I said. I also just had a COMMUNICATION ban, not an account suspension.

When you have an account suspension you can't even sign into Xbox Live. I was never unable to sign into Xbox Live and I was able to play any game off and online. Like I said before, for that week I had all communication taken away but then after that week
I got everything back except party and in-game chat. Is it some kind of half communication ban? lol Or is this a glitch? or is this a permanent party chat/in-game chat ban?

When I copied and pasted the case review status got bumped to the left but on the website it is in its own separate column to the right and there is nothing under it. No status update and no link to apply for review. Maybe one of the people I beat in Madden
was part of the enforcement team but at this rate it seems like I will never know. Really bad job on Xbox's part on customer service. If your banned it should let you know how long and if it is permanent, bottom line. Instead we are left in the dark here wondering
what the deal is and I think the worst part is that not even Xbox knows what the issue is. That's what really reflects poorly on them because I can understand bans and so forth but to not have a clue what is going on is just pretty terrible service.

22 days without communications. My bann ends in 1th november. 22 days!!!! Enforcement dont help
