    At least i'll be able to talk to my friends and team mates if i go to ps4 lol. That case review thing doesnt even work at the minute, i cant click on the green arrow if its not there to be clicked.

    I had a communication ban on October 17, 2015. It was supposedly lifted on October 24th, 2015. During that week I was not able to message, in-game chat, or party chat. When the ban was up I was able to send messages but in-game and party chat still don't
    work. I can hear my friends but they can't hear me in the party chat and in-game chat. I have to use Skype as a party chat to talk with friends. I contacted Xbox Support and they told me it was glitch that is being worked on but then today I chatted with someone
    from Xbox Live Support that said my communication ban case must still be under review. When I go to my enforcement history I don't even see a link to apply for a case review. So I am left here not knowing if it is a glitch or if my case is still under review.
    it has been over a month now of having this issue and not really knowing what it is which I think is the worse part. I have had an XBox account since 2006 or 2007 so long time Xbox fan but if I can't even properly talk with friends then there is no point in
    continuing to pay for the Xbox Live service. I even got the new 1 TB Xbox and still didn't work so it might be time to jump on the PS4 train because looking at all these comments on different forums it looks like Xbox doesn't care about this particular issue.
    Playing Madden I had a lot of people message me after they lose and they curse and then I curse lol and so on but I never reported them. I guess best thing to do is just report people and don't message back and just stay playing with your friends.

    Communication suspensions are normally 24 hours to 2 weeks depending on why you was suspended in the first place.

    It should tell you there at that website if not then I don't know.

    yes there is an big issue/glitch with the communication suspensions with some people not having communication Privileges back after the suspension being lifed.

  7. That is the only suspension I have ever gotten. When I click on enforcement history on their website this is all that pops up:

    When I copied and pasted the case review status got bumped to the left but on the website it is in its own separate column to the right and there is nothing under it. No status update and no link to apply for review. Maybe one of the people I beat in Madden
    was part of the enforcement team but at this rate it seems like I will never know. Really bad job on Xbox's part on customer service. If your banned it should let you know how long and if it is permanent, bottom line. Instead we are left in the dark here wondering
    what the deal is and I think the worst part is that not even Xbox knows what the issue is. That's what really reflects poorly on them because I can understand bans and so forth but to not have a clue what is going on is just pretty terrible service.

  10. That doesn't really help lol Ya I read that before but mine has been going on for not 1, not 7, not 14 days. It has been a month and I was told it was lifted on the 24th of last month like I said. I also just had a COMMUNICATION ban, not an account suspension.

    When you have an account suspension you can't even sign into Xbox Live. I was never unable to sign into Xbox Live and I was able to play any game off and online. Like I said before, for that week I had all communication taken away but then after that week
    I got everything back except party and in-game chat. Is it some kind of half communication ban? lol Or is this a glitch? or is this a permanent party chat/in-game chat ban?

  12. The glitch seems to be exactly what is happening to me bc it only affects in-game/party chat. I must be so lucky lol Well hopefully it gets fixed soon. Been a little over a month for me so far. Not sure how long it has been going on for others.

    You can even go on the enforcement website and see when you were reported by other players and my graph is perfect except for August/September when I was playing a lot of online Madden lol People get really upset when they lose in Madden to the Tampa Bay
    Buccaneers. It shows I was reported for "Cheating" 2 times, Unsporting 3 times, and messaging 1 time. How do you even cheat In Madden??? Sigh I hate people.

    The most common player on Xbox Live. A typical user who plays online with some regularity and receives very little negative feedback from other players.

  15. I have signed into multiple devices with no problem. I even recently bought the new Xbox and signed into there. I see what you are saying about the description and that is why so many people are confused but that seems to be the general description they
    give everyone who has some kind of ban and they leave the details out as to what kind of ban you have. They leave people not knowing if they have a permanent ban or a temporary.
