    Unblocking Friend


    I had a friend blocked. Now when I try to unblock them...thru the xbox app, the xbox console they are still blocked. I've followed all the steps....unblock them. I double check and they are still blocked.

    Help.

    It really is a very complicated situation. Are you sure he didn't block you from his account?

    Thank you. I have done this. I have unblocked through the console, the xbox app and even when I unblock and go back to check it he is still blocked.

    It's like the minute I unblock him...he automatically gets blocked again.
