    Try unblocking your play history. That can sometimes prevent people from being able to view the rest of your profile.

    I am truly sorry to hear about the issue. The only way to unblock a player is by sending the blocked player a message. Unfortunately you will need to know the full gamertag of the player you wish to unblock.

    To add to the post above, don't message that player back. It will unblock communications.

    You can unblock a player at any time by sending a message or friend request to the affected player. Or you can do this: Select Chat. to open the chat list.
    Select the chat with the person and select Unblock.
