    Unblocking a game - which is NOT blocked on Family...


    Hi

    My son wants to play a game which he plays every week. Tonight the game begins to load up, then he's told it's blocked by a parent - namely me - and I need to enter my 6 digit pin code to allow his access. I did that - and I just get a spinning circle on
    the screen. I've checked family settings and no app or game limits are applied. Restarted Xbox and no joy. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Hey AOS. This error code can also mean that there is a lock on your account, which it kind of sounds like there is, since you cannot access these things.

    In that case, I would suggest giving
    Phone Support     a ring, as you may need to unblock your account.

    Hello FastLeader83452,

    Since Xbox will not have any way to get that unblocked for you, or to give you your password, you will need to either try to guess at your password or get your email unblocked. If you are signed under the account in which this happened to it may be easier
    to just start another gamertag since I see you have 0 gamerscore and have yet to start playing games.
