    Hi, i accidentally blocked my friend, and now that i have unblocked him, he permanently show as offline now, i was in a party with him so i know he isnt offline

    They should check if they have it marked to appear permanently offline.

    Press Nexus>Gamerpic (far left in Guide)>Sign out and then
    Sign in again.

    I have friends that show up offline but are online. First does he has his offline set to offline? If that it might just be a bug where people show offline when they arent.
