    I don’t know whom I need to speak too but my child was blocked on his Xbox one acct by a gamer that didn’t like how my child was playing the game and as a result my child got blocked from his Xbox Live?!? Are you kidding me?!? I
    am outraged outraged over this!!! Why is there no one on the enforcement team that a parent can speak too??? Y’all have messed with the wrong people! This is illegal not to have anyone that anyone can talk too. And you can’t do a case review on an Xbox one!!!
    This is ridiculous I will be contacting yalls corporate department tomorrow bc somebody will assist me with this!!! Your customer service rep hung up on me and refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor!! Who the hell is running this place!!!

    Hello OP.

    After reading your entire post it seems that support froze your account while they investigated your worry of unauthorised access, if for some reason your account is still frozen then give support for your region a ring (quoting the case number) and they will
    be able to assist you.

    You do not need to post in the account suspension forum as from your post it seems that action against your account is not the issue so give support a ring asap.

    STILL no option to promote child account.

    XBox Support cant promote your child acct. When you search up in the search bar on this page it tells you you have to do it yourself. So when you are of age, you should be able to go to acct management, and under the manage acct page there should be a "promote
    child acct" option.

    You can leave the family at anytime, and if your acct has a DOB of 18+ you will be an adult acct.

    If you are a child acct, you will have to have an adult (parental acct) attached to you UNTIL the DOB reaches 18+ AND the parent promotes you to an adult acct.

    oh my gamertag is troyjb0001 incase its needed. he uses that acct to play. The other acct I got him as a childs acct doesnt have the levels or experience points or something like that so he never wanted to use it. Thanks very much for trying to help!!!
