unblock account

my account has been blocked for several days now for some unknown reason. The last person on the support chat sent a link to this forum and told me you would resolve the issue. here is a case number if you wish to look up any details:

What do you mean by "to many numbers on his account" ?

It may be worth him phoning support for his region to find out why it's blocked & they may be able to unblock it.

When he tries to access his account, he should be able to select the verification method; if there are several phone numbers, he should be allowed to choose the one he wants (I believe it displays the last three or four digits).

However, Phone Support should be able to help out with this one if he still cannot get access:

If it has been locked and is not a billing issue (which phone support would have been able to see) then perhaps your account has been suspended/banned by the PET. If this is the case you will need to post in the suspensions forums.

The account has not been banned or suspended. It is not a billing issue. From what I have been told it seems to be a security issue on microsofts end.

 

Which must be dealt with by phone support. Sorry you were sent here in error. The forums are filled with gamers like yourself who do not have access to the tools required to get your tag working again.
