    I bought a 12 month games with gold code from CD Keys, but I can't redeem it. On my Xbox or PC I keep getting sent to a page telling me I have an outstanding subscription to pay first, and it won't let me cancel that subscription, so I can't redeem my
    12 month code. Can anyone help, because Microsoft don't seem to be interested...

    I was charged a recurring subscription fee for my Xbox Gold Live ond 04/06/2020. It has never worked since and i cannot get onto anyone at Microsoft so i can get my refund. I just keep getting thrown all iver their website.

    You have to bring your account current before you can apply any code extending Xbox live gold or gamepass.

    Here's how to pay your past due balance online:

    1. Sign in to your Services & subscriptions page with your Microsoft account. ...
    2. Find your past due subscription in the list. ...
    3. Select Pay now, and then follow the instructions to pay the balance due.

    Same problem here. I am in the initial setup and it will NOT let me skip the sign in process. This is unbelievably annoying. also, in the settings panel the profile tile is "greyed" out. I want to through this thing through the window. :)
