Thankfully, I haven't had any issues as described above. I suppose if I was in an area that was highly populated ( Flashpoint for instance) it can get a bit hairy in terms of choppiness. There are calls on the Saints Row forums for a patch, hopefully this
is in the works.

i got it the day it came out and also have experienced glitches or lagging or just plain freezing, on the mission where you have to rescue ben king right at the end it always froze up so i had to keep doing it over and over until i unplugged xbox from xbox
live and everything went right dont know if somehow being connected to internet was making it freeze or not, but i still get it glitching on menu's sometimes making me turning the game on and off

Regarding glitches, my friend and I ran into a "Quest Screen Glitch" a couple of times now. The glitch causes you to get stuck on the "Quests Screen", and we haven't figured out a way to get out. The music will still play but you won't be able to exit or
move your cursors.

Mine is worse i just went to the store to get a fresh new copy thinking it was the disc. Then I put the brand new disc and still it says cannot recognize disc.
