    for a joke, I reported my friends message, Xbox then communication banned him for 2 weeks, it was a joke and i didnt mean for him to be banned how does he get unbanned.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Your friend can log in on enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible.
