unbanning accounts

I was going to do a game share with someone then we did what we had to then I was off xbox for a couple months and during this period they used my account to impersonate me to deceive my friends and as a result they reported that account a lot of times
that it got banned so mikcrosoft is there any way you can unban my account or restore the games that were associated with it?

they unban an account at the same time of day as they banned it,so if it was 10p.m when they banned you they will not unban you till 10p.m

You can always look into submitting a Case Review by checking out the Enforcement website.

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

Game sharing the way you are doing it is against the Code of Conduct, Terms of use. If you let someone have your login credentials you are responsible for anything that happens with your account.

I would submit a case review in this situation.

To avoid this from happening, you should only share your information with someone you 100% trust with your account or not share at all.
