Unbanning a friend

I think you meant you blocked a friend and now you want to unblock. Just search for your friend's gamertag, open their profile and you will see an option to unblock.

If you blocked them from your friends list then yes.

If you received a suspension then no.

If you type in their gamertag in search and then go to their profile you can find the unblock there. If it's an account suspension then there is nothing you can do.

They would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on why they're banned and to see about submitting a case review. They would have been banned because they did
something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service. You didn't get them banned.
