    Unbanning a banned account


    I was playing on my xbox with my mates when i suddenly got a message from xbox saying i was banned and it logged me out and i cant log back in and its saying my account is permanently banned, but ive looked it up and your suppost to get these tags under
    your name when your reputation score changes drastically yet ive never revieved one of these ever and yet my account has still got perma banned so if any people see this and either are experiencing the same problem or work at microsoft can you look into this
    and help me get my account back?

    Ban help?

    they unban an account at the same time of day as they banned it,so if it was 10p.m when they banned you they will not unban you till 10p.m

    If your account is permanently banned then it's not possible to get the account unbanned

    Bans last to the minute of banning. So if the account was banned at 7:01PM, you will not be unbanned until 7:02PM tonight.

    If you are using the banned account on the Xbox app, it will be banned there too. The only way to talk is A.) wait for unban or B.) sign into another account

    If you were banned that long ago and the enforcement team did not lift the ban back then, then no. Those accounts would not be unbanned.
