Unbanned Xbox but still can't message

My Xbox was banned a few weeks ago and the end date was August 31,2017 at 11:32 pm,I have no other suspensions at the moment but I'm still not allowed to message at all,it says I can't because of my past behavior even though I shouldn't be suspended anymore
nor banned.ive tried deleting my account and resetting my Xbox,turning it off and on and waited 7hours and it's still saying that.If anyone can help me with this issue please do.

I've been unbanned on Xbox for 1 day now but still can't seem to talk or message

 

I'm still banned

I was suppose to be unbanned Monday but I still can't talks in party's and send messages

 

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
4. Attempt to use the social features now.

If your ban is over and you are still seeing the effects of it, follow these steps:

1. Remove your account from your Xbox
2. Restart your console by pressing the xbox button, press settings, press restart
3. Add back the account.

You can also double check your privacy settings by

1. Going to Sign in to your Microsoft account and click privacy settings.
2. Then scroll down to "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites?" and select "Everyone"
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to save
